Summary:

This position will assist Sales Support and Sales Personnel to complete routine functions. Provides administrative support to the Sales Support Department for processing of assigned workflow as it relates to product quotations (domestic and international), maintenance of departmental logs, filing of company emails, coordination of responses to phone inquiries, and documentation of department procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Helps prepare domestic and international instrument parts & accessories order quotations
• Provides customer service & distributor sales support
• Maintains Company general email inbox
• Enters and maintains CRM (HubSpot) information and procedures
• Follows up on quotations for purchase orders
• Prepares and ships promotional items and product literature
• Assists with coordination, packing, & shipping of sales demonstration items
• Assists with department meetings, i.e., prepares calendar invitations, records meeting minutes, distributes support documentation, and tracks action items
• Assists with Sales/Service/Distributor trainings and other events
• Prepares departmental reports
• Assists with creation and editing of Sales Support documentation
• Shares responsibility of answering company telephone
• Performs other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Minimum of High School Diploma
• Some college or equivalent related work experience preferred
• 2+ years prior experience in a manufacturing sales support or customer service environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with ERP (SAP) and/or CRM (HubSpot) systems a plus
• Experience with international customers a plus

Physical Demands: Must be able to lift and manage file folders and boxes up to 30 lbs.
